Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a cooperative third-person shooter set in the iconic Alien universe. Taking place 23 years after the original Alien trilogy, you step into the boots of a Colonial Marine deployed to LV-895, a distant planet where terrifying Xenomorph outbreaks are wreaking havoc on research colonies and ancient alien ruins.
The game features four intense story campaigns with multiple missions in each. You and your fireteam will traverse derelict space stations, crumbling Engineer ruins, underground hives, and industrial facilities infested with waves of alien threats. You can form a 3-player fireteam with up to two friends online or rely on advanced AI teammates to complete missions. There are seven distinct classes to choose from—including Gunner, Technician, Doc, Demolisher, Recon, Phalanx, and Lancer—each with unique abilities and combat roles. This allows for highly tactical gameplay, where team composition can mean the difference between survival and a Xenomorph ambush.
Customize your loadout with a massive arsenal of 30+ weapons, 70+ mods and attachments, and deployable tools like sentry turrets, shock grenades, and healing stations. The game supports deep progression through perk customization, allowing players to tweak their playstyle to suit aggressive assault, support, or defensive builds.
