In F1 2018, progress has reached 10% completion, with the first season well underway. Out of the 21 Grand Prix races, 15 have been completed, culminating in a victorious World Cup win.
Reputation across all teams is at its maximum, reflecting strong performance throughout the season. Development progress includes wear resistance at 10 out of 23, chassis at 4 out of 19, aerodynamics at 4 out of 18, and the power unit at 6 out of 19.
However, just before the Russian Grand Prix, Formula 1 introduced a rule change requiring a re-upgrade of the power plant components, adding a new challenge to the ongoing career mode.
